There is a weight of joy in the
air
At long last we’ll leave this
lair
Five years gone, oh how time
flies
I could hear the echo of their
cries
My entire mind was full of
thought
As some critical answers I sought
Not that I felt no joy
Only a that fate is coy
What was the occasion sure you’d
ask
That made so many in joy bask
Twas the end of exams that was in
sight
But I must tell you twas not by
might
That soon graduates would leave
this land
Future engineers in every clime
and sand
That’s the reason for this
heaviness I feel
In the midst of the glad tidings
I reel
Would this feeling of euphoria in
every face
Be able to keep up with fate’s
pace
I look at them destinies very
bright
I pray they don’t recede from it
in fright
That one day they’ll call a Berraka
And have the chance to shout
Eureka
Day break- the translation of my
Latin title
